“ Time after time this place consistently kills it with their food. My girlfriend and I got the Dumplings and Spring Rolls, which were great appetizers! Our server was kind and super friendly, I wished I remembered her name so I could give a shout out. Our entrees were really good and filling, had to take leftovers home. I got the Egg Noodle and Wonton Soup, the broth had a great flavor and the BBQ Pork was cooked well! I wish the inside was a little nicer and seating wasn’t all over the place, but doesn’t really matter if I’m just able to get a seat and enjoy some great food! ”
“ Okay so I’ve been going here for six years ever since I found out about this delicious place! It’s my favorite Thai food! This is the Pad kee mow. It’s a craving of mine and I just have to always get this dish. Never have I had any better also they have the best fried rice! And I haven’t been able to order anything else because these two dishes are to die for. Large portions!!!! Love this place forever!! Highly recommend. ”
“ We tried the green curry chicken fried rice and the khaaw khaw fried rice. Both of them were delicious, but we preferred the green curry fried rice. The ambiance of the restaurant was charming, with beautiful decorations including plants and lights. The server provided excellent service and always had a smile on their face. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the restaurant's decor. ”
“ One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. Place has decent ambience and is very wallet friendly. Service is quick and staff is really good. I loved their Thai yellow curry fried rice (spice 3). ”
“ It’s a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that has some of the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted! I haven’t been in a while, but I was in the area and had to get my fix. I would’ve posted a picture of the yellow curry with chicken, but it was half-way done before I remembered to take a picture. However, I did manage to snap a shot or two of their cashew stir fry with chicken my mom got. The food was fresh and plentiful! This was the lunch-size, and we still had lots of leftovers. If you’re in the area and wanting to eat local, please check this place out! It is so worth it, affordable, and Dentonesque. ”
“ Oriental Garden is my favorite restaurant in Denton. We come here for my birthday usually, but I also bring my partner and my friends often when we want someplace good to eat. Any of their dishes I've tried over the years have been great. As for my go-to's, OG's mango curry and green curry are AMAZING, as well as the fried rice, which reheats really well! They also offer non-meat protein options, like tofu, at no extra cost :). There's always enough food for leftovers, and even my picky eater friends like it because they know exactly what comes in each dish. (Speaking of portion sizes, the Thai tea is great and comes in a pretty big cup!) I also can't stress enough how much I love the energy in the restaurant--I'm pretty homely and even I would choose to come eat here. The atmosphere is wonderful with warm lighting and a variety of self-seated options for where to dine. The service is fantastic because the servers are always very friendly and never mind if I need extra time to decide what I want. They always make me want to tip extra because they're very personable, but not pushy. I would absolutely recommend OG to anybody in Denton who wants good, reasonably-priced Thai food and a great atmosphere to eat it in. ”
“ I came with a friend for lunch here the previous weekend and had a great time. The staff were courteous and professional and the food was portioned well for the price. (Food pictured was the sweet and sour fish with white rice and unsweetened jasmine tea) ”
“ As a UNT student, I’ve been visiting here for several times. Every time the foods were great and servers were nice. When you visit here for lunch, you’ll get a free salad. My favorite food is Pot Kee Mow with spicy level 2. ”
